Why Responsible Gambling Matters

Online betting and casino games are a way for many people to have fun and pass the time. But for a small number of people it can become a problem — especially when the money and time spent on gambling goes beyond their control. At cb999 price, we want every member to play consciously and safely.

Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and place bets on our platform. This rule is strictly enforced. Reading our Terms and Conditions will show that age verification is a mandatory part of our registration process.

The first signs of a gambling problem are often hard to recognise on your own. That is why cb999 price offers various self-control tools and support options. If you ever feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email support — our team is ready to help in both Bengali and English.

Age Limit is Mandatory

The minimum age to participate in any betting or casino game on cb999 price is 21. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

Self-Control Tools

Every cb999 price member can use the following protection tools from their account settings. If you need help activating any tool, let us know via live chat.

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; increasing it requires a set waiting period.

Session Time Limit

Set a limit on how many hours or minutes you play in one go. When the set time is up, the platform will automatically prompt you to take a break and the account will be temporarily locked.

Temporary Break

Take a break from your account for a few hours to a few days. During the break no bets or deposits will be possible — but your deposited funds will remain safe.

Self-Exclusion

Close your account completely for a set period — from one week to permanently. A permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and the account cannot be reopened. This is the most effective step in serious situations.

Gaming History Review

View a detailed history of all your bets, deposits, and withdrawals. Understanding your spending patterns makes it easier to set limits.

Reality Check Messages

During extended play sessions, reminders appear on screen — showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent in total.

Warning Signs of a Problem

If you notice any of the following in yourself or someone close to you, consider seeking professional help. Answer these questions honestly.

  • You are spending more than your budget and placing more bets to chase losses.
  • You are hiding your gambling from family, friends, or colleagues.
  • You want to stop gambling but cannot, or you feel uncomfortable when you take a break.
  • Your daily routine, sleep, or eating is being disrupted because of gambling.
  • You are using savings, loans, or borrowed money for betting.
  • Gambling is affecting your mood — overly excited when you win, and depressed or angry when you lose.

Ask Yourself

Am I playing for entertainment, or do I see it as a way to earn money?
Am I staying within the budget I set for myself?
Can I calmly accept it when I lose?
Have family members or friends expressed concern about my gambling habits?
Can I stop gambling on my own at any time?

If most of your answers are "no", it is time to seek help.

Tips for Healthy Play

Follow these simple habits to enjoy betting while keeping yourself safe.

  • Set a budget for yourself before you play and stick to it strictly.
  • Do not place bet after bet trying to recover money you have lost — this tendency leads to bigger losses.
  • Think of it as entertainment. Winning is a bonus; losing is the cost — keep that mindset.
  • Never bet when you are under stress, in distress, or after drinking alcohol.
  • Take regular breaks. Avoid playing continuously for more than one hour.
  • Never think of gambling as a source of income — it is entertainment, not a business.
